Return and Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, here's how we make it right.

30-Day Return Window If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase

How to start a return: Email us at support@gizvolt.us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product contact us immediately at support@gizvolt.us and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required.
